  1. Running a GitHub Action - getting Pulumi token via OIDC
  2. Using the pulumi token, run an ESC open to get AWS credential
  3. Finish the Github deployment

Add a section for Authentication similar to Vault and Akeyless - right now this would be OIDC and using Pulumi access tokens
