v5 Major Release #986

Cloudflare is preparing the v5 release of their provider.

We know that this will involve breaking changes, so we will need to write a migration guide.
We know that there are a bunch of resources that have been renamed, so we will want to alias them. (related: Zero Trust resources renaming #985)

This is in addition to our normal major release checklist.

Ideally, aliasing will happen before the v5 release so users can migrate ASAP.
