Given a list of midfix, manually extract patterns and form labeling functions for each pattern. However, if you do not want to extract this manually, you can use ML/DL techniques to extract the phrases that form a pattern, but I don't think that would be required in this case, given the scale of the data. all LF must go into modules/lf.py.
NOTE: This is a team-specific issue, hence if you are having trouble understanding the terminologies here, it is not meant for you. :)
