Hi,

I am encountering the following error when running the Resonator Flux. I am working on the qw5q_platinum chip.
_qw5q_platinum_latest.json

Thanks for reporting this. Could you provide the action runcard and configuration (platform, versions, etc.) that caused this so that I can try to reproduce?

I tried the following:

platform: qw5q_platinum

targets: [0, 1, 2, 3, 4]

actions:

    - id: resonator flux dependence
      operation: resonator_flux
      parameters:
          freq_width: 10_000_000
          freq_step: 50_000
          bias_width: 0.6
          bias_step: 0.01
          nshots: 1024
          relaxation_time: 5000

and it worked for me, resulting to this report http://login.qrccluster.com:9000/_po2kOx0TIu8iivMfn9SOg==, which looks fine.

Hi Stavros, sorry for the delay.
Indeed, when running the experiment today with your runcard it did not give an error. I have decreased the number of plotted points because that was the problem.
However, I detect that the result I get presents a lot of noise unlike the one you get. I have tried to run the Resonator Flux that I ran three days ago with the same platform and the same values in the runcard and something happens but I can hardly distinguish anything in the plot either.

I am attaching the platform, and this is the runcard:

  • id: resonator flux dependence
    priority: 0
    operation: resonator_flux
    parameters:
    freq_width: 10_000_000
    freq_step: 100_000
    bias_width: 2.5 # max 2.5
    bias_step: 0.05
    nshots: 2000
    relaxation_time: 2000

parameters.json

UPDATED - SOLVED: Power supply for the room temperature electronics was switched off due to a possible short power outage.
