CompatHelper: bump compat for QuantumToolbox to 0.6 for package docs, (keep existing compat)

This pull request changes the compat entry for the QuantumToolbox package from 0.5.4 to 0.5.4, 0.6 for package docs.
This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
