Arrow/Flight SQL

How does the development of Flight SQL (apache/arrow#11507) affect ideas outlined in the [pkg vignette](https://r-dbi.github.io/dbi3/articles/dbi3.html#using-arrowparquet-as-an-exchange-format)? From what I understand, this could provide a performant ODBC alternative, aiming to directly produce arrow-formatted data.
