That would be good! Are you thinking about seeing if it can be one of the official workshops in the couple of days before the main conference, or did you have a different kind of event in mind?

@shannonpileggi mentioned there were plans to run a Tidyverse Dev Day next year, possibly there could be an R Project one in parallel.

I attended the tidydevday in 2019, in useR, and it was the first time I saw code for an R package, and started learning how I could contribute. It was a great experience for me. I hope it works for 2024 and more people can have this fantastic experience too!! 🚀
