Reactions should be removed after confirmation is received.

Is this suggestion based on an existing problem? If so, please describe it

DoD

  • User runs [p]autoreact remove reaction <index>, bot queries for confirmation via ✅/❌ reacts, user responds by reacting appropriately, reacts are removed from initial confirmation message, and bot confirms removal.
