Describe the solution you'd like

Currently, the channel whitelisting functionality is actually more of a blacklist. This should be renamed appropriately, and preferably with more inclusive terms such as allow/deny or, even better, enable/disable, give that that is really its functionality.

Additionality, the [p]autoreact view reactions output (and possibly others, haven't checked) is paginated but does not mention the current page number. This would be useful but is not required.

Is this suggestion based on an existing problem? If so, please describe it
