Last Access Time doesn't show up in Post Meta Box

When editing a Redirect, the Last Access Time in the Redirection Statistics Post Meta Box shows a blank value; I would expect to see a time and date here, as I know this Redirect has been accessed:

However, on the list of WP Redirects, the Last Access column does seem to reflect a correct Last Access time:

(This behavior was observed on WebSharks-Inc.com, specifically with this redirect, but it has been observed with all other redirects as well, across multiple sites.)
