Dependency Error with TYPO3 v11 legacy

TYPO3 v11; legacy/non composer Install
PHP 7.4
error_log 11.5.4
MySQL/Apache/Linux
Browser: Firefox

If I try to install the Extention from TER, I get the following message:

Dependencies could not be resolved

The following errors were found while trying to install "error_log":

    Required extension "symfony/http-client"
        The extension symfony/http-client is not available from TER.

Expectation: the Extension is either not on TER or includes the dependencies

We recommend using composer mode, as we haven't tested it in other mode. I'm going to check how this can be fixed. Unfortunately, I haven't used non composer mode. We'll get back to you shortly with a response.
