lct error for the abcd matrix of a lens #40

Using the abcd / lct framework to propagate a laser pulse through a drift and lens, I get an error for the lens matrix:

  • The (1,2) matrix entry may not take the value zero!
  • TypeError: cannot unpack non-iterable int object

I created an issue in rsmath to implement this case.
