A casi un año de solicitado el dominio nunca fue facilitado. Posterior a Abril 2018 dejé de preguntar a la persona de contacto (por obvias razones) y a la fecha entiendo ya no se puede solicitar por esa vía.

Podemos considerar mientras tanto un raspberrypinicaragua.github.io?

Actualmente está en https://raspberryni.github.io/website/, podemos renombrar el repo a favor de raspberryni.github.io para tener el subdominio que mencionas.
