Update USB Sound Card Example to use TinyUSB instead of LUFA #37

The USB Sound Card Example doesn't compile anymore with the current SDK and seems to depend on the LUFA USB Stack, while the current PicoSDK uses TinyUSB.

Thanks DatanoiseTV for finding the problem
I will post a solution if I manage to make the Sound Card Work

In "pico-playground Issues" no one can hear you scream :( :( :(
