Maybe he used an emoji? There's a space there indicating it was something likely text based.

I got a PNG image of the cat emoji when Windows 11's new emoji font got leaked (though since then Microsoft has made them available here: https://github.com/microsoft/fluentui-emoji), added it to the button as a PhotoImage, and used compound="left" zo align the image to the left.
