Importance at rules not working / become 0 on editing

Hello,

I tried to work with the attribute importance at rules. (blind control)

I had a 2 rules...one (rule 1) should hold the current position at special conditions (no time condition), but the other rule (rule2) with time condition should closed the blind.
Rule 1 has an importance of "0", rule 2 an importance of "5". In the overview I could see the importance "5", but when editing the rules again, the "importancce"-field is also "0" again.

Rule 2 has no effects, but when deactivating "rule 1", "rule 2" works immediatly.

Maybe something wrong with the importance field ?
