I had no luck reaching out to GitHub support. Due to their privacy policy, they can't contact the GitHub user linked to restructuredtext.org. I've also tried email various obvious @restructuredtext.org addresses, but email simply isn't configured for the domain, so I guess it's time to give up on it. In other news:
