Create a reactive-graph theme for mdbook that is reusable.

• ... and any further books produced by plugin workspaces

Acceptance Criteria

• Style the book using @reactive-graph/design
• Use the header and sidebar from @reactive-graph/design
• Use the mermaid integration from @reactive-graph/design
• Use the highlight.js integration from @reactive-graph/design
• Use the GraphQL tool integrations from @reactive-graph/design
• The book can be used as git submodule
