Ideas in managing the issues, PRs, reviews, etc.

Dear Reviewers, since the availability of us getting down by the time, I suggest to:

❌ NOT using blocking mode by mark the reviews using "Request changes" unless you can commit to finish it up.

✅ You can use the non-blocking comments instead.

I know this is not a good governance in the normal day, but we don't want to just waiting the availability of one person since we can not do anything. Other reviewers can not merge the PRs because it's being blocked.

We can set our own SLA to review or following up, no more than a week after the last fixes or last comments.
