I changed the format of the language file. I believe translation is not complex, so I can handle it if I see a couple of examples. If you still want me to add some other collaborators to this project, I can look for them and add them ASAP.

I also want to join for the translation team. I have some translation experience with our current project from Uzbek to English and vice versa, however, that project is not public yet. @gaearon, @tesseralis can you please review the PR?
