Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

Many different situations, some in control of the driver, most - not, could cause the order of commands and replies to get mixed and leading to out-of-order processing of replies.

See #3132 for some examples

Describe the solution you'd like

Consider implementing a mode where the driver attempts to verify the message order.

StackExchange already has a mode in which it verifies messages we can benefit from:
StackExchange/StackExchange.Redis#2706
