I'm trying to make a somewhat generic renovate.json to identify URLs to github releases in jbang-catalog.json files.

config is this:

this is in https://github.com/jbanghub/libgdx trying to match: "script-ref": "https://github.com/libgdx/gdx-liftoff/releases/download/v1.12.1.17/gdx-liftoff-1.12.1.17.jar" and have it update to use v1.13.0.1 ?

Shouldn't it work for at least the v1.12.1.17 part ?

Logs indicate you're not matching. Ie custom manager configuration error.

Why did you choose recursive? I suggest you simplify your example by searching for one string first with default behavior. Post a link to a working regex101.com if you can't get it to work

I chose recursive as I understood that was needed when there was going to be multiple different matches.
