For v12, we should support finally deprecate the `bs-` prefixes in `rescript.json` and accept e.g. `dependencies` as a replacement for `bs-dependencies`. It will be sufficient to do this in rewatch IMHO and leave legacy mode (bsb) as is. See #6475 for more details on proposed renamings.
