Some outbound links on reddit have expired TLS certs. For archival purposes, we should offer the option of ignoring the errors and continuing with the download. For example:

Failed to download image from https://jnpassieux.fr/www/images/Dhc_Xc8A_2.jpg: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='jnpassieux.fr', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /www/images/Dhc_Xc8A_2.jpg (Caused by SSLError(SSLCertVerificationError(1, "[SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: Hostname mismatch, certificate is not valid for 'jnpassieux.fr'. (_ssl.c:1000)")))
