Are you using Multiverse-netherportals? Can you provide us with the output of /usb version and a server logfile please?

It does spawn here but doesn't create an individual one: https://gyazo.com/a9c606406fc699f821d206b0d39c3374

UPDATE:
It does create the islands, but when you go through the portal it takes you to the nether island spawn?

I got an email notification "REPLY PLEASE". Please give me some time to reply, need to do my regular job too :)

We're Multiverse only at the moment, so it might have something to do with MyWorlds, but your logfile is protected and gives a "Request access" page.

Sorry about the "REPLY PLEASE" someone thought it would be hilarious to put, so my apologies.

I would tag the file but was far too big.
This link should work : https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1hPuUTTr4-lKcCZ3EZXnirAR2OoVaxJdb?usp=sharing

What a lot of stack traces from SilverCommandBlock... But as far as I can see, there are no strange things happening. I would suggest to switch to Multiverse-Core 4.1.0, as My_Worlds isn't supported by uSkyBlock at the moment.
