Change notification emails for 3rd party payments

Whens someone enters payment on behalf of someone else, the notification and email should reflect the 3rd party status of the payer. E.g., Sally adds a check payment for another person, the notification should be that Sally added a payment "on behalf of" john doe, or sally "processed a payment for" john doe.

Do we want to check households on this or should any 3rd party payment trigger the alternate wording?
