An unexpected error occured on opening #57

I am having trouble opening docker desktop. I cannot find the issue in troubleshooting. The error page suggests opening an issue here.

I get the error:

`starting services: initializing Docker API Proxy: setting up docker api proxy listener: open \.\pipe\docker_engine: Access is denied.'
