[Feature] Adding Collections to PlayNite instead of whole Libraries

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Having big Libraries or complete Romsets for a certain Console makes finding games you want to Play through PlayNite a Challenge, as thousands of Roms get loaded into your games list.

Describe the solution you'd like
Having the Option to either filter for RomM Collections within PlayNite or only importing certain Collections, so only curated Roms you really want to play will be shown.
