[Bug] Updating the configuration in the UI causes the firmware_folder value to be lost

Describe the bug
firmware_folder value is not written when configuration is modified in UI

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Manually edit config.yml, set a custom value for firmware_folder
2. Start the app
3. Navigate to library management, make any change that causes configuration to be written
4. New config will not contain firmware_folder

Expected behavior
Re-written config should persist the firmware_folder value.
