Describe the bug

A few days ago, the repository's Discord link was updated to a new server invitation URL #3922. However, the old Discord link is still referenced in a few other places, for example, in the CONTRIBUTING.md file.

Expected behavior

The discord invitation link should be updated to - https://discord.gg/hUUQkd9v across the repository.
