Requirement of command line tool: 'bedtools'

Hi,
I developed an app that a) uses the bedr R package (that requires 'bedtools' as third party tool) and b) is running a python script with bedtools requirement using a system command in the shiny server script.

Unfortunately, I am not able to deploy my app in shinyapps.io because of this requirement.
Therefore, could you add the command line tool 'bedtools' to the shinyapps.io server?

Otherwise, is there any other way to deploy an app with additional software requirements in shinyapps.io?
We are also thinking of getting a professional account - would that help?

Anyone can add a system dependency for shinyapps.io. You just need to follow these instructions and open a PR against this repo: https://github.com/rstudio/shinyapps-package-dependencies/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md

Once the PR is merged, we will update the shinyapps.io servers to include the new dependency.
