Add option to avoid render console colors on build

Maybe add parameter --no-color in tailwind/cli

In Visual Studio and Rider there are weird characters

1. That's not color. It's a 🌼 emoji. (The line from Tailwind CSS has color)
2. You can disable the logs from config
3. Use a better terminal that can show colors and emojis. It's 2025...
