This will be the backend control panel for e garments mobile app

Anyone who has right to commit please read this file before work.

First of all, its a dashboard to maintain the whole android and ios application. we are creating this dashboard to maintain:

2/ Payments

3/ Complains

4/ Companies

5/ Push notifications

This dashboard will be intregrated with firebase later, now its on a stage to build html.
