Chromium-Dev has audio issues on web conferences

Not 100% sure of the cause of this but i can describe the symptoms.

When on chromium dev you can join a video call, I was using Jitsi meet.
When you join a call, people on the meeting can hear your voice you can see them, however they all appear to be muted to you. Using the test sound function in the jitsi options correctly plays a sound.

I tested this on both Elementary OS as well as Pop OS both have the same muted issue.

There are some errors in the console for the webpage but I'm not familiar with it.

Steps to reproduce: Create a call (https://meet.jit.si/) join the call from a seccond computer or phone, all other users will appear muted to the user on chromium-dev.

Firefox, Google Chrome and Chromium-beta does not show this issue.
