Consider not hiding the optional configuration when creating a subscription

The checkboxes are a strange UI choice to hide and show optional configuration. And their position in the UI also isn't optimal (stretched out over the width of the box).

Consider showing the optional configuration at all times when creating a subscription, and labelling it as such (optional).

Showing the optional configuration at all times is also much better for accessibility (and less buggy to maintain!).

Really appreciate the UX feedback, the update box handles it differently by disabling the fields as opposed to hiding, will carry that across to here
