As I wrote in clj-commons/aleph#522, remote addresses like tx.fhir.org will be locally resolved even if we are going through a proxy.

There is a workaround by disabling name resolution all together when in proxy mode.

Also excluded netty-all from datomic-free in order to have only one set of Netty
JAR's in classpath.
