We'd like to collect some survey information as people sign up.

Who are the stakeholders for this info?
What questions do we want to ask? (What brought you here? Looking for work, networking, looking to hire, mentoring, being a mentor)
Where do we ask them?

Possible follow up when we determine what questions to ask is to ask those in slack who have already signed up with us.
