Enhancement request: Pre-compiled version

Thank you for this software, it's exactly what I'm looking for. Any chance you could also make it available as a Windows .exe or .msi? Compiling this software from scratch appears to require developer skills that most people don't have.

it's clearly documented in the readme on how to get it working, it doesnt require any more skills than downloading a version of python below 3.12, and higher than 3.8 then typing in a terminal

Well, yes, but the readme does not tell me that I need a terminal to follow the steps in the readme, or indeed what a terminal even is. I did get the software to run, but someone without a development background would stand no chance.

Don't get me wrong, I very much appreciate your work, but I'd love for the software to be somewhat more end-user-friendly, i.e., for it to be distributed as a Windows executable. As it is, I need to go through the whole virtual environment thing every time I even want the software to run.
