Support for external gRPC schema registry such as Buff

I'm not sure I have to request this here or on the ScalaPB repo.

Buff is a Schema registry for gRPC APIs and many companies are distributing their APIs through these registries. Is there an easy way to integrate with them and add them as dependency? Here is an example: https://buf.build/authzed/api
