Serverless Containers now offers Custom Healthcheck feature ( more details in the API doc: https://www.scaleway.com/en/developers/api/serverless-containers/#path-containers-create-a-new-container )

Hi! It's me again 😄
As for scaling_option block, I'm also very interested in custom health checks on containers.
I opened a PR to add the new resource block option here: #2878
