[Feature request] Support for open formats (office)

Firstly, thank you very much for your work.

I would like to know if it is possible to implement text extraction for office files in open formats, such as .odt and .ods.

In the same way that Obsidian doesn't lock us into a proprietary format, it would be interesting to be able to use our office files in free format, without depending on Microsoft.

I say this because I have been using these open formats for some time and, to take advantage of the plugin, I would need to transform my documents into a proprietary format.

I don't understand programming, so I don't know about the feasibility or a solution for such a proposal.
