静态连接的方式，静态库fribidi.lib是如何处理的，用VCPKG会多出fribidi-0.dll文件来

这个项目里面有一个头文件里面定义了一个静态的宏要自己手动改一下
然后再编译一遍就会出来不过有些操作的细节我已经忘了
