Undocumented ScyllaDB Compatibility

Issue

The versions of ScyllaDB supported by this role currently appears to be undocumented. This has also manifested as not working on the latest version of ScyllaDB (5.2 at time of writing).

Potential Solutions

Make GHA/molecule run a matrix of ScyllaDB versions to ensure all changes are compatible with the current version, oldest supported version, and the next version of ScyllaDB to be released, so the ansible role will be known to work with that version on release date. (Don't fail PRs on prerelease integration test runs would be a suggestion too)
