Regenerate backup snapshots used in Nemesis tests

Some of the snapshots used in Nemesis test were created with release candidate version of Scylla Enterprise (2024.2.0-rc1).

These snapshots contain system table which was introduced exclusively for this rc version and then rolled back in next version (rc2).
As a result, restore to cluster with Scylla version different from 2024.2.0-rc1 fails.

All such snapshots should be regenerated to be based on the latest released version (2024.2.x).
