Integrate ansible-role-systemd-networkd directly in ansible roles. #681

Currently, ansible-role-systemd-networkd is packaged as another repository on SEAPATH organization.

Now that ansible repository is structured with roles, we can remove ansible-role-systemd-networkd and put its content directly in an ansible role.

The original repository is a forked from https://github.com/aruhier/ansible-role-systemd-networkd
It is distributed in BSD license, so it should not be a problem.
