It has at least one instance of two headings being named the same and a few being quite close. A solution to this problem and something that would add further polish to the page is to use less headings and more alerts.

The Contributing page is a bit of a mess. I've begun making some changes to polish it some.

TODO:
- [ ] Fix capitalization
- [ ] Make how-to steps more clear
- [ ] Reformat page
