tab appears only for AMD laptops :) You have Intel - so it's all correct for you.If your CPU supports undervolting - you can usually access it from
BIOS menu (F2 on boot) -> Advanced Settings
. You can also try official Intel Extreme Tuning UtilityBut keep in mind that undervolting does not "reduce CPU voltage", it allows your CPU run on a bit higher clocks for same power usage or run on same clocks with a bit lower power usage.
