@frozennutzz hello, what exactly is "not working" ? On your screenshot GPU is enabled and visible in the system. It's up to windows what specific GPU to use for what tasks, and mostly iGPU will be used for all desktop stuff. |

i had connected my laptop to a 4k monitor to play some videos but the whole time the external monitor was running on integrated GPU. shouldn't the external monitor be running on the dGPU while it's connected through HDMI...im new into this so please correct me. |

actually the GPU utilization there was around dGPU : 0% sorry...im noticing the screenshot now...idk why its captured like that |

It depends on where HDMI port is routed on your model. And again - what GPU to use is up to windows and drivers. G-Helper has zero influence on this as far as dGPU is enabled accessible for the system. |

ZEPHYRUS G14 dGPU not working on GPU modes standard and optimized. Is this any kind of a bug or the laptop issue??!
this happens usually while im connecting an external monitor though HDMI.
