G-Helper fan speed not going to the max

I have this problem with g-helper that even if my curves are set to the max fan speed it does not run at max speed, it runs at 85%, i know this is not just because thats actually my fan speed i saw my pc sometimes run at 100% so around 7000rpm instead of 5500 rpm

Note apply custom fan curve is active
