Add support for pgup and pgdown buttons

Right now, it only accepts arrows and j/k. Should also accept pageup and pagedown as some things use that including Mark’s KDE remote control phone thing.

This will mess with normal navigation in case if there is so much text that it overflows vertically. However, users can use space/shift+space to scroll vertically.
